Industrial CNC Machining  for Custom Steel Parts

Precision CNC Machining and Industrial Steel Components

When precision matters, Metup delivers. We specialize in precision machining of components for the automotive, logistics and handling, machine building, and other industries. Our advanced CNC milling and turning services use high-end equipment to provide high-precision machining of serial parts based on customer-supplied drawings.

We work with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and plastics—primarily POM. Less commonly processed materials include bronze, copper, brass, and titanium.

Flexible Volumes

Batch production (100–50,000+)

Flexible Dimensions

The limitations are mainly size (max 1270 mm × 508 mm × 635 mm in milling, or ⌀320 mm and 450 mm length in turning) and weight (max 1588 kg)

Documentation Included

Certs (EN 1090/ISO), dimensional reports, export-ready docs as standard

Full Documentation, Traceability & QA

Every order includes:

  • Full Dimensional/test measurement reports (CMM/hardness/surface if needed)
  • Material certificates (3.1) linked to each batch

No surprises at customs or during inspection.

Technical Capabilities & Infrastructure

Multi-axis HAAS CNCs (milling/turning) and DOOSAN lathe (high-volume precision turning) are trusted machines and industry standards for precision, capable of handling almost any metal or plastic part required for industries like automotive, medical devices, construction, and manufacturing.

The inclusion of 5-axis milling, and live tools with dual-spindles allows for complex parts to be made efficiently with fewer setups.

Batches and Prototypes

  • Supported CAD formats: DXF, STEP (.stp), PDF
  • Prototyping:  Quick-turn samples for fit/function validation before scale-up
  • Custom/Complex Parts: Support for non-standard geometries or assemblies—engineer-to-engineer dialogue from quote through delivery
  • Batch runs:  From small lots to mass production—optimized for cost and speed from 100 to 50 000 units

Complex Steel Parts

  • Cylindrical parts: Shafts, pipes, bushings (via CNC turning).
  • Complex geometric parts: Brackets, flanges, couplings, manifolds (via CNC milling).
  • Prototypes or Production: Both single units and large-scale serial production are possible.
  • Different Materials: parts made from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic.

Size, Dimensions, Tolerance

  • Max size: 1270 mm × 508 mm × 635 mm in milling
  • Max diameter: âŒ€320 mm and 450 mm length in turning
  • Max weight: 1588 kg
  • Tolerances: minimum ±0.02 mm
